- Shipping & Delivery
- In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Custom orders may take longer to process. Family and Personalized jewelry orders are shipped 7-10 business days after order has been submitted due to the customization work involved. We ship Monday-Friday. Any orders made over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday. We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery time is 2- 5 days. Expedited shipping is available and may be selected during checkout.

- Royal101.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Royal101.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
- Returns & Replacements
- We will exchange or refund orders from our website within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of earrings. We cannot except returns or exhanges for earrings, all earrings are final sale. Personalized items are final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will not accept any returned merchandise without a RMA number. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original packaging and materials included. ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. New item will not be shipped to you until the item of exchange is in our possession. We are not responsible for lost shipments, therefore we strongly suggest that you add delivery confirmation when shipping the item back to us.
- Ordering
- First, place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping bag by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button ated below the product image. Then, whenever you're ready to complete your order, click "Proceed to Checkout" and follow the easy instructions on completing your order, and select your payment option.
- Payment Options
- You may pay for your Royal101.com order with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express via PayPal or Google Checkout. Both options allow you to securely make purchases while keeping your financial information private. You may also pay for your order thru a bank account via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase, simply select the "Don't have a PayPal account?" option on the PayPal checkout page.
- Viewing Orders
- To track your most recent orders simply click on "My Account" at the top of any Royal101.com page and go to "My Orders". This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Royal101.com orders.
- Updating Account Information
- To view/edit your account information, simply click on "My Account" at the top of any Royal101.com page and login. Once in you account dashboard you can update your information and preferences as well as access your wishlist and order history.
